These items are primarily plan– and square-foot-specific, and are priced in the edesign© tool based on an average home in each category. By first selecting from a list of standard (identified as the default selection) or custom structural components and building materials which you deem essential, you will have a better idea of how much budget remains to accommodate other amenities.

Option List
Items on the option list have a specific, known price and include a wide range of practical and aesthetic upgrades. These include exterior adornments such as door surrounds, interior enhancements like whole-house audio, and a myriad of great ideas in between.
